Point of view (in Fr-English): To pilot or to delegate
In very small enterprises, the entrepreneurs have to delegate or to subcontract different functions. They can not pilot everything by themselves. For example, farmers most often delegate the commercial function. They subcontract book-keeping too. When evaluating the use of ICT by farmers, it is important to observe that farmers may prefer to completely pilot a function for a few year (and use ICT), and then to choose to delegate e.g. to an advisory organisation whole or part of this function.

My answer (GW)
- I do not know whether the Proceedings of EFITA 2003 were cited by ISPT.
- These proceedings are available on the efita.net web site. Only the proceedings of the Bonn congress in 1999 are missing.

May you always... Live Well.... Laugh Often... Love Much (3)
Two elderly gentlemen from a retirement center were sitting on a bench under a tree when one turned to the other, and said, "Slim, I'm 83 years old now, and I'm just full of aches and pains. I know you're about my age. How do you feel?"
Slim said, "I feel just like a newborn baby."
"Really? Like a new-born baby?"
"Yep. No hair, no teeth, and I think I just wet my pants."
