A thought for the New Year
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover. - Mark TWAIN

TOAS project
TOAS is the acronism of "New remote sensing technologies for optimizing herbicide applications in weed-crop systems". It is a Research Project supported by the 7th Framework Program of the European Commission, and it is focused in the applications of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for weed mapping and crop management in the context of precision agriculture.
In this website, people can see some pictures of the technology we are using and the evolution of the investigation regarding image analysis algorithms and procedures, as well as the research papers that we are publishing and some news in the media.

Good old Murphy...!

Murphy was walking home late from the pub one night when he notices a woman lurking in the shadows.

'Thirty euros,' the woman whispers.

Murphy had never been with a hooker before, but he has had a few pints and decides "what the hell... it's only thirty euros.". So they hide in the bushes and they're going 'at it' for a couple of minutes when, suddenly, a light is flashed in on them. It is the Garda!

'What's going on in here, you people," growls the cop.

'I'm making love to me wife,' Paddy answers, sounding annoyed.

'Oh, I'm sorry,' says the cop, 'I didn't know.'

'Well, neidder did I,"says Murphy, "til ya shined that bloody light in her face!'
