EFITA 2017 The EFITA 2017 congress was really interesting and impressive with a very good participation of mainly young people (around 250 inscriptions). The Hackathon as well as the B2B session were something new for the old guy I am. The keynote speakers were excellent even if I would like sometimes to hear more from real case experiments. The gala dinner in the countryside close to Pic Saint Loup was very nice. The organisational committee (Orlabe Gadet, Jean-Pierre Chanet, Olivier Naud, Bruno Tisseyre) did a fantastic job. When I arrived at the Montpellier Agricultural University in 1970 I thought that I was close to paradise. The University as well as the Montpellier town changed a lot for the best but still are close to paradise! EFITA 2019 will take place in Greece. Big Data as a tool to enlighten our paths (Pascal Neveu, EFITA 2017 Montpellier)
Jewish women A Jewish boy comes home from school and tells his mother he's been given a part in the school play. "Wonderful. What part is it?" The boy says, "I play the part of the Jewish husband." The mother scowls and says, "Go back and tell the teacher you want a speaking part."
